Love

Amazing how long it can take to redirect old habits. But it can be done by patience, practice, and by replacing the old ones with healthy new ones. We must first find and identify the old habits we wish to replace. Then we must consciously catch ourselves “in the act”. Once we have done this a sufficient amount of times we will start to see the bad habits before they take place. Once we begin to catch ourselves before the old habits take place we can divert them and start replacing them with the ones we want. This is how we change our own behaviors. This is how we become the people that we and others want us to be. This is another step towards enlightenment. And always remember, “Yoni Puja!”
